Today, I’m bringing you one of my favorite summer recipes: Mouthwatering BBQ Sauce.

This recipe comes out perfectly in the CopperChef nonstick pan. Why? It contains sugar, and sugar burns and sticks easily in regular, ordinary cookware pans.

Homemade BBQ sauce can become a kitchen disaster area.

But not in the Copper Chef pan.

This sauce slips right out of the pan with the perfect amount of sweetness and the perfect amount of smoke. With practically no clean up!

Just use it as you would any BBQ sauce: on chicken, ribs, burgers, etc. And if you like spice, remember to add the optional cayenne pepper!

Eric’s Mouthwatering BBQ Sauce


¾ cup ketchup

2 tbsp. brown sugar

1 tbsp. white wine vinegar

1 tablespoon Worcester sauce

2 teaspoons paprika

½ teaspoon cayenne pepper, optional


  1. Heat the Copper Chef pan on the stovetop. Combine all ingredients in the pan.
  2. Stir occasionally until BBQ is heated and to desired consistency.
