Use Copper Chef For Perfectly Baked, No-Stick Focaccia

I know my mother will love a traditional focaccia to go with dinner on Sunday. Did you know The Copper Chef Pan is an amazing ceramic bread pan, too? The non-stick coating on this pan really does the job – nothing sticks to the surface and I get a beautiful, golden crust on anything I bake.

The Copper Chef makes cooking dinner so much faster and easier. I don’t have to soak it after I cook because there’s never any residue stuck to the surface. With my other copper bread pans, I have to let them soak before I can even try to scrape off the residue.

The bread I bake in the Copper Chef Pan slides right out without any effort. I don’t even have to grease the Copper Chef surface – no wonder I can get such a crisp crust.

It’s Not Just a Sautee Pan…

My deep dish Copper Chef Pan goes right into the oven without any issues. Normally I’m hesitant taking pans from the stovetop and into the oven. Not with Copper Chef. The heat resistance is a super high 850° F, so I always feel good baking with it.

I can’t wait to enjoy this succulent bread with my mother. It’s a super easy recipe to put together and it only takes 30 minutes to bake. Add a little more mozzarella for some extra cheesy focaccia or some dried red pepper flakes to give it a kick of spice!

Focaccia Bread For Mother’s Day
Serves 6



1 lb. pizza dough

1 tomato, sliced

½ cup red onion, peeled & sliced

½ cup mozzarella

½ yellow pepper, sliced into rings

3 tbsp. grated Parmigianino cheese

2 tbsp. olive oil



  1. Preheat the oven to 375° F.
  2. Arrange pizza dough inside the Copper Chef Pan.
  3. Let dough proof until it doubles in size.
  4. Spread remaining ingredients on top of the bread.
  5. Place Pan in the oven and bake for 30 minutes or until golden.
  6. Serve with your favorite meal or with a salad.
