Copper Chef 11” Deep Dish Casserole Pan

- 1 pound Pizza Dough
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 0.5 red onion, peeled and sliced
- 0.5 cup mozzarella
- 0.5 yellow pepper, sliced into rings
- 3 tablespoon grated parmigianino cheese
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Place the pizza dough into the Copper Chef pan.
- Let dough proof until it doubles in size.
- Spread the rest of the ingredients on top of the bread.
- Place the pan in the oven and cook for 30 minutes.
