Ingredients

  • 1 pound Pizza Dough
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 0.5 red onion, peeled and sliced
  • 0.5 cup mozzarella
  • 0.5 yellow pepper, sliced into rings
  • 3 tablespoon grated parmigianino cheese
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Place the pizza dough into the Copper Chef pan.
  3. Let dough proof until it doubles in size.
  4. Spread the rest of the ingredients on top of the bread.
  5. Place the pan in the oven and cook for 30 minutes.
  6. Serve.
