Stuffed French Toast

  • 0.5 cup Honey
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 4 slice White Bread
  • 2 cup Canola Oil
  • 1.5 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1.5 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 2 Eggs
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt


  1. Make the batter: In a Bowl mix all the wet ingredients and then add all the dry ingredients and mix well.
  2. Make sandwich with the honey and cream cheese.  Cut the sandwich into quarters.
  3. Place the copper chef on medium heat and add the oil.  Use a thermometer to heat the oil to 350 degree.
  4. Dip each quarter of the sandwich into the batter and shake off excess batter, carefully place in the oil.  If you have the fryer basket place the basket into the oil and carefully place the sandwich quarters into the basket.   Cook for 3-5 minutes until lightly golden.
  5. Serve with powdered sugar.
