Ingredients

  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 0.25 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 0.5 cup diced green pepper, red pepper and onion
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 pinch sait and pepper to taste

Directions

1. Place the Copper Chef pan on the stove over medium heat. Add the olive oil 2. Add in the mushrooms and diced vegetables, sauté for 1-2 mins 3. Then pour in the liquid eggs equally around the pan. 4. Stir slightly at the beginning as it starts to set, season with salt and pepper. 5. Once the egg sets, score the edges to release the omelet from the pan and fold the omelet in half. 6. Slide the omelet onto a plate and Enjoy.
