  • 16 ounce cream cheese
  • 0.5 cup ranch dressing
  • 0.25 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 1 store bought rotisserie chicken
  • 3 cup shredded cheddar, divided
  • 1 tablespoon Scallions


Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, ranch and buffalo sauce. Stir to combine. Add the chicken and 2 cups of the shredded cheddar. Stir to combine. Transfer the mixture to a Copper Skillet. Spread the dip evenly in the pan. Sprinkle the remaining cup of cheese over the top. Bake for 25 minutes. Garnish with chopped scallions.
