  • 3 Honey crisp apples, large
  • 0.333333 cup light brown sugar, packed
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 cup frozen cranberries, thawed
  • 0.5 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup flattened oats
  • 0.5 cup light brown sugar
  • 0.5 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 5 tablespoon butter, melted


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, combine the sliced apples, sugar and cinnamon. Toss to evenly coat the apples. Add the cranberries and gently mix to combine. Transfer the fruit to a Copper Skillet; spread evenly. Make the topping. Combine all ingredients and toss until crumbly. Evenly sprinkle the topping over the fruit. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the cranberries begin to burst and the apples are tender. Serve with vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce.
