  • 12 ounce Can German Lager
  • 2 cup whole milk
  • 8 ounce cream cheese
  • 2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 0.25 small red cabbage, shredded
  • 8 ounce bratwursts, fully cooked, cut into medallions
  • 1 pound elbow macaroni
  • 1 pinch Salt and pepper to taste


Bring the beer to a simmer in a Copper Chef over medium-high heat. Reduce by half. Add the milk and bring to a simmer. Add the cream cheese, cheddar and cabbage. Stir until the cheese is fully melted. Add the bratwurst and elbows and stir to coat with the cheese sauce; season to taste. Serve immediately.
