Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 4 chicken legs
  • 2 cup buttermilk
  • 3 cup flour
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon Sea Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 0 vegetable or canola oil

Directions

1. Marinate chicken in the buttermilk overnight.

2. Place the Copper Chef 11" Deep Casserole Pan on the stovetop. Fill the Pan halfway with oil.

3. Over med-high heat, heat the oil to 375 F.

4. In a bowl, Mix the spices in to the our. Dredge the chicken in the seasoned our.

5. Place chicken inside the Fry Basket. Fry until internal temperature reaches 165° F. Do not overload Fry Basket.
