  • 2 cup buttermilk
  • 3 cup flour
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon Sea Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 0 vegetable or canola oil

Directions

1. Marinate chicken in the buttermilk overnight. 2. Place the casserole pan on the stovetop. Fill the Pan halfway with oil. 3. Over med-high heat, heat the oil to 375 F. 4. In a bowl, Mix the spices in to the our. Dredge the chicken in the seasoned our. 5. Place chicken inside the Fry Basket. Fry until internal temperature reaches 165° F. Do not overload Fry Basket.
