Ingredients

  • 1 pound Shrimp, extra large
  • 1 Lime juice
  • 4 scallions, chopped
  • 3 clove garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon cilantro chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 0.25 cup olive oil

Directions

1. Peel and devein shrimp. Skewer shrimp (about 5 shrimp each). 2. Make marinade: combine remaining ingredients. Pour over skewers. Refrigerate for 3 hours. 3. Heat the Grill on medium heat for 4-5 minutes. Shake excess marinade from skewers & place on the Grill. 4. Grill 3 or 4 minutes per side or until shrimp are fully cooked. 5. Serve with your favorite side dish or salad.
