  • 0.75 pound Pizza Dough
  • 0.5 cup Marinara sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella, shredded


1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. 2. Set up a Copper Pizza Pan with the Springform and Crisping Tray Attachments. 3. Roll or hand-pull the pizza dough to fit the pan. 4. Place the dough onto the Crisping Tray. 5. Spread the sauce over the dough, leaving a 1” crust. 6. Sprinkle the mozzarella over the sauce. 7. Bake until the cheese is beginning to brown and the crust is golden, about 15-20 minutes.
