  • 1 pound frozen chicken winglets, thawed
  • 1 cup peach jam, warmed
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha
  • 0 cilantro
  • 0 sour cream


1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

2. Place the chicken wings onto the Crisping Tray of a Copper Chef Perfect Pizza Pan.

3. Bake for 45 minutes, until crispy.

4. Meanwhile, combine the jam and sriracha until smooth.

5. Toss the wings in the spicy peach glaze.

6. Sprinkle with cilantro.

7. Serve with sour cream.
