Ingredients

  • 2 pound ground beef
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 0.5 cup White Onion
  • 1 cup Red bell pepper
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 0.25 cup whole milk ricotta
  • 0.5 cup Marinara sauce
  • 2 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 2 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1 cup Marinara sauce

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. In a large bowl, combine all meatloaf ingredients and mix by hand until all are fully incorporated. 3. Form the meat into a loaf and transfer to a Copper Loaf Pan fitted with the Easy-Lift Insert. 4. Bake for 1 hour. 5. Spread the marinara over the top of the meatloaf and sprinkle with the cheese. 6. Bake an additional 10-15 minutes.
