Copper Chef Perfect Loaf Pan

Ingredients

  • 3.75 cup flour
  • 0.5 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 4 ounce unsalted butter, melted
  • 1.5 cup Dried Cranberries
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 4 ounce unsalted butter, melted
  • 0.25 cup buttermilk
  • 1 Egg

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking soda and salt.
  3. Stir in the melted butter and cranberries; mix well.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs and buttermilk.
  5. Pour the buttermilk mixture into the dry ingredients and stir well to combine.
  6. Place the dough in a Copper Perfect Loaf Pan fitted with the Easy Lift Insert.
  7. With a sharp knife, score the bread long ways across the top.
  8. Brush generously with the glaze.
  9. Bake for 1 hour.

For Buttermilk Glaze:

  1. Whisk all ingredients together until smooth.
