Copper Chef Griddle

  • 6 Large eggs
  • 0.5 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 0.25 cup dark brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 1 load challah, cut into 1 inch slices
  • 1 pinch powdered sugar, for serving
  • 0 berries, for serving


  1. Preheat a Copper Chef Griddle Pan over medium heat.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, cream, vanilla, brown sugar, maple syrup and salt.
  3. Dip the challah bread in the egg batter and place on the Copper Griddle.
  4. Cook until golden brown, on each side, about 3 minutes per side.
  5. Serve with a dusting of powdered sugar and fresh berries.
