Ingredients

  • 1 pound fingerling potatoes, halved
  • 1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
  • 2 teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary chopped

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. Toss all ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Place the potatoes in a Copper Chef 9.5” Fry Pan.
  4. Roast, tossing every 10 minutes for 30 minutes.
