Copper Chef Griddle

  • 2 Eggs
  • 1.5 cup whole milk
  • 0.5 cup smooth peanut butter
  • 1.25 cup pancake mix
  • 0.5 cup smooth peanut butter
  • 8 ounce container whipped topping
  • 0.25 cup grape jelly
  • 0.5 cup maple syrup


  1. Preheat a Copper Chef Griddle Pan over medium heat.
  2. To make the pancakes, whisk together the egg and milk.
  3. Add the peanut butter and whisk until smooth.
  4. Stir in the pancake mix.
  5. To make the peanut butter cream, whisk together the peanut butter and whipped topping.
  6. To make the grape syrup, combine the jelly and syrup.  Microwave until melted, about 20 seconds and stir to combine.
  7. Ladle a ½ cup of the pancake batter onto the griddle and cook until golden brown, about 2 minutes per side.
  8. Continue until all batter is used up.
  9. Stack the pancakes, spreading a smear of the peanut butter cream between each layer.
  10. Drizzle with the grape syrup.
