Copper Chef Perfect Cake Pan

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 cup restaurant style tortilla chips
  • 0.5 teaspoon baking soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup mexican blend shredded cheese
  • 0.75 cup whole milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 0.5 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 jalapeno
  • 1.5 cup guacamole
  • 0.75 cup sour cream
  • 1 pinch cilantro

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the flour, tortilla chips, baking soda, baking powder, sugar, pepper and cheese and stir.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the milk, egg and oil.
  4. Add the jalapeno and dry ingredients to the wet and stir to combine.
  5. Pour the batter into a Copper Chef Perfect Cake Pan fitted with the Magic Middle Pocket Insert.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
  7. Cool for 15 minutes before turning out onto a cooling rack.
  8. Cool completely.
