Copper Chef XL

- 1 pound squid with tentacles
- 2 cup flour
- 2 teaspoon Kosher Salt
- 1 teaspoon Freshly ground black pepper
- 0 Lemons
- 0 Marinara sauce
- 0 Canola Oil
1. Bring the canola oil to 350 degrees in a Copper Chef XL Pan, over medium heat.
2. Meanwhile, in a bowl, combine the flour, salt and pepper; mix.
3. Toss the squid in the flour mixture.
4. Fry the squid in small batches until light golden brown, about 4 minutes.
5. Serve with lemons and marinara sauce.
