Ham and Peas Mac and Cheese

  • 2 pound curly elbow macaroni
  • 2 us liquid quart Heavy Cream
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 8 ounce cream cheese
  • 8 ounce Gruyère cheese
  • 10 ounce Grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 pound shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1.5 pound ham, cubed
  • 10 ounce peas
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs


  1. Cook the macaroni in the Wonder Cooker’s Roaster Pan according to the directions on the box. Drain and reserve the macaroni once it is cooked.
  2. Preheat the oven to 375° F.
  3. Place the Roaster Pan on the stove top. Combine the heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt in the Roaster Pan. Add the cream cheese, Gruyère cheese, Parmesan cheese, and 1 lb cheddar cheese and cook over medium-high heat until melted and smooth to make a sauce.
  4. Add the cooked macaroni, ham, and peas to the sauce and top the mac and cheese with the breadcrumbs and the rest of the cheddar cheese.
  5. Transfer the Roaster Pan to the oven and bake at 375° F until the top of the mac and cheese is browned (40­–45 mins.).
