  • 1 can 12 oz frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
  • 1 orange, sliced
  • 4 sprigs rosemary
  • 3 tablespoon black peppercorns
  • 0.75 cup Brown Sugar
  • 3.25 cup Kosher Salt
  • 1.5 us gallon water
  • 15 pound Turkey


  1. Place the Wonder Cooker’s Roaster Pan on the stove top. Add the brine ingredients to the Roaster Pan and bring the brine to a boil over medium-high heat.
  2. Pour the liquid into a brining container and let cool.
  3. Remove the turkey innards and place the turkey in the brining container, breast side down. Let the turkey sit in the brine overnight in the refrigerator.
  4. The next day, preheat the oven to 375° F.
  5. Remove the turkey from the brine, rinse, and place the turkey in the Roaster Pan.
  6. Place the Roaster Pan in the oven and cook at 375° F until the turkey reaches an internal temperature of 165° F (2–2 ½ hrs.).
