Lemon Garlic Chicken with White Beans

Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon oregano
  • 3 pound boneless chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1.5 cup Chicken broth
  • 12 clove Garlic
  • 0.5 cup White wine
  • 3 lemons, sliced
  • 3 15.5-oz cans cannellini beans
  • 4 Sprigs thyme

Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 350° F/177° C.

2. Combine the flour, salt, black pepper, and oregano in a bowl. Drizzle olive oil over the chicken and then coat the chicken in the seasonings.

3. Place the Wonder Cooker’s Casserole Pan on the stove top. Add the butter to the Casserole Pan and cook until the butter is melted.

4. Add the chicken to the Casserole Pan and sauté the chicken for 5–6 mins. per side. Remove and reserve the chicken.

5. Add the broth, garlic, wine, lemons, beans, and thyme to the Casserole Pan and bring to a simmer.

6. Cover the Casserole Pan with the Glass Lid, transfer the Casserole Pan to the oven, and bake at 350° F/177° C for 35–45 mins.

7. Serve the chicken with rice or mashed potatoes.
