Spinach Tomato Feta Frittata

  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 bunch Scallions
  • 7 ounce Baby spinach
  • 26 Eggs
  • 0.75 cup Cream
  • 0.25 cup milk
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 us liquid pint cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 7 ounce feta cheese, crumbled
  • 3 tablespoon chopped parsley


1. Preheat the oven 350° F/177° C.

2. Place the Wonder Cooker’s Grill Pan on the stove top. Add the olive oil to the Grill Pan and heat the oil over medium heat.

3. Add the scallions to the Grill Pan and cook for 1 min.

4. Add the spinach and cook for 1 min. Remove the Grill Pan from the heat.

5. Combine the eggs, cream, milk, sour cream, salt, and black pepper in a bowl and whisk.

6. Pour the mixture over the spinach in the Grill Pan. Scatter the cherry tomatoes over the mixture and then add the feta cheese and parsley.

7. Transfer the Grill Pan to the oven and bake at 350° F/177° C for 45 mins.

8. Let the frittata rest for 15 mins. before serving.
