Eric’s Spaghetti Pie

  • 4 cup spaghetti sauce
  • 1 pound spaghetti
  • 5 Eggs
  • 2 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 cup mozzarella
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup Fresh Parsley
  • 2 pound ground beef


1. Preheat the oven to 350º F/177º C.

2. Pour 1 cup spaghetti sauce into the Deep-Dish Diamond Pan. Add ¼ lb. of the spaghetti.

3. In a bowl, mix together eggs, cheeses, and parsley.

4. Pour the ricotta mix into the pan. Spread evenly.

5. Place another layer of the spaghetti on top.

6. Mix the meat with 1 cup spaghetti sauce. Pour the meat on top of the spaghetti layer.

7. Place the rest of the spaghetti on top. Pour the rest of the sauce over the spaghetti. Add the remainder of the cheeses. Cook in the oven for about 45 minutes.

8. Let rest for 20–30 minutes before serving.
