Eric’s Pepper Steak

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Honey
- 0.5 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
- 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 Onion
- 0.5 yellow pepper
- 0.5 red pepper
- 0.75 pound beef roast, eye of roun
Directions
1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, red pepper flakes, onion powder, black pepper, garlic powder, and 1 tbsp. olive oil. Add the beef and coat evenly.
2. Place the Deep-Dish Diamond Pan on high heat. When preheated, add 1 tbsp. olive oil.
3. Add the onions & peppers to the pan. Cook for 4 minutes until tender. Remove and set aside.
4. Drain the meat and add to the pan. Cook until browned (about 4 minutes).
5. Add the onions and peppers back to the pan. Mix.
6. Serve steak over rice.
