Eric’s Spicy Asian Beef Wraps

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup mushrooms
  • 0.5 cup water chestnuts
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger
  • 1.5 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Hoisin sauce
  • 0.25 cup cilantro
  • 1 head Bibb lettuce
  • 0 lime wedges
  • 0 julienned carrots
  • 0 bean sprouts

Directions

 

1. Place the Deep-Dish Diamond Pan on medium-high heat. Add olive oil. Brown ground beef for 5–8 minutes. Drain excess grease and set aside in a bowl. Add mushrooms, water chestnuts, scallions, garlic, and ginger. Sauté for 5–8 minutes.

2. Add ground beef, soy sauce, sesame oil, and hoisin sauce. Cook for an

additional 5 minutes until all the liquid has been absorbed. 3. Remove from heat. Toss in cilantro.

4. Serve in Bibb lettuce cups. Garnish with lime wedges, julienned carrots, and bean sprouts.
